The BABYBJÖRN Smart Potty is smaller in size than the BABYBJÖRN Potty Chair, but just as convenient and easy to clean thanks to the removable inner potty. It is thus perfect to have with you while traveling or if you have a small bathroom.

Our best tip for making your BABYBJÖRN Baby Plate, Spoon and Fork last longer is to use them together. The spoon and fork are specifically designed to be used with the plate and are perfect for a young child to use. Do not use metal cutlery as this risks scratching the bottom of the plate.

Wash with mild washing-up liquid and a non-abrasive sponge. Do not boil or sterilise your BABYBJÖRN Baby Plate, Spoon and Fork. We recommend a maximum temperature of 90°C.

We do not recommend sterilising or boiling your Plate, Spoon or Fork. The maximum temperature is 90°C and if you overheat the material, you risk damaging or deforming the products. We recommend that you wash your BABYBJÖRN Baby Plate, Spoon and Fork before you use them with a mild washing-up liquid or in the dishwasher.

The edges of the spoon, the fork and the plate are made from Polypropylene (PP) and the rubber ring on the base of the plate is made from Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE).  The inside of the plate is made from Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS).

Yes, it is fine to wash the plate, spoon and fork in the dishwasher. But you should avoid placing them near the dishwasher’s heating element.

The plate’s three-leafed clover shape makes it easier for babies to scoop up the food instead of chasing it around on the plate. The rubber ring on the base of the plate makes it steadier on the table. The rounding of the edges makes it difficult for small hands to grip the plate and toss it aside.

The short handles of the spoon and the fork are easy for small hands to grip and fit just as well in both the right hand and the left hand. The bowl of the spoon is shaped like the plate and makes it easier for babies to scoop up the food onto the spoon.

The number on the underside of the plate tells you which plastics have been used to make it.  The types of plastic are divided into seven different classes (for recycling), with Classes 1-6 standing for certain specific plastics  Class 7, however, refers to “other plastics”, meaning that this product is made from plastics other than those specified in Classes 1 to 6.

Our products belong to Class 7, they are always BPA-free, and contain only food-safe and permitted plastics.

Your child can start using the cup from around 8 months as his/her first cup (child development is, however, individual and the age can therefore vary somewhat). The cup’s grip-friendly shape and surface make it easy for small hands to lift and hold, while a large foot with a rubber ring on the base makes the cup stable and hard to knock over.

TIP: An adult can hold the cup when feeding baby in the beginning and, when the baby begins to get interested and has the motor skills to hold the cup, it becomes natural for the baby to do it by him/herself. Baby will love experimenting in the beginning and, by filling with small amounts at a time, spills will become a natural part of learning.

You can start using the BABYBJÖRN High Chair as your child’s first chair when your child is at least six months old and can sit unaided.

BABYBJÖRN used to sell an earlier version of the BABYBJÖRN Cradle called Bassinet. BABYBJÖRN Cradle is a modified version with a number of improvements, which we also sell at a lower price than its predecessor. The basic design is unchanged.

The compact size of our cradle makes it easy to move, as well as being snug and cosy for your baby, just like being in Mummy’s tummy.

Babies old enough to sit unaided should not be using a cradle – they can start to climb and even fall out of the cradle. That is why we have made our cradle small – your baby should grow out of it when it is time to move on to a larger bed.

All fabrics used in this product are gentle against your child’s skin and safe to chew or suck on. They have been tested and approved in accordance with OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I for baby products. This means that the textiles are free from health-hazardous substances and allergens. That’s important to us!

The cradle has been developed in consultation with experts, including American doctor and child safety expert Mark Brandenburg. Dr Brandenburg is convinced that the BABYBJÖRN Cradle does not have any of the risks commonly associated with cradles. In his book “Child Safe”, he writes:

”Injury occurs when a baby rolls so far to one side that the cradle fails to rock back in the other direction. If the cradle becomes angled to a degree that prevents an infant from moving off the railings, pressure against her chest can become great enough to prevent breathing.” 

Dr Brandenburg contends that cradles can get stuck at an angle that can be dangerous for the baby. But he confirms that there is no risk of this happening with the BABYBJÖRN Cradle, because it stands firmly on the floor and does not rock in the traditional way and so cannot get stuck in one position.

In addition, all sides of the cradle are made of a mesh fabric that your baby can breathe through, even if your baby’s face is very close to the side of the cradle.

The movement is similar to that of a pram with spring suspension. The cradle is easy to rock in all directions. You can rock the cradle with gentle hand or foot movements.

The cradle is set in motion by your baby’s movements and a baby who wakes up may lull themselves back to sleep. Some sleep experts claim that children do not sleep as deeply when they are in motion. But the cradle stops rocking once your baby falls asleep, so he or she does not get accustomed to constant movement while asleep.

Mesh fabric has two major advantages. The first is that your baby can breathe through it if your baby’s face is very close to it. The second is that you can see through the fabric, which makes it easy to keep an eye on your sleeping baby.

The mattress in BABYBJÖRN Cradle complies with existing mattress standards and has been developed in consultation with paediatricians. A thin mattress is safer than a thicker one. Please note: Only use the mattress that comes with this product. There is also an organic cotton sheet, tailored to fit the mattress, which can be bought as an accessory: the BABYBJÖRN Fitted Sheet for Cradle.

The openable safety table serves as a safety lock and should be close to the child’s body to make it harder for them to stand up. When the table is closed, you can adjust the safety table in different positions by pushing the red adjustment button on the underside of the safety table.

The high chair can be used for as long as your child has room to sit in the chair and you can close the safety table. Children often fit in the chair up to about three years or 38 in/95 cm, but it is of course highly individual since children grow at different paces. The high chair is ergonomically shaped and has a curved back to fit children’s bodies optimally.

Important! The safety table should be close to the child’s body, which makes it harder for him or her to stand up.

The BABYBJÖRN High Chair is made from plastic and coated steel.

We recommend drying it off with a damp cloth. The removable tray can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher.

First, fold up the safety table against the chair support by holding in the red adjustment button. Then pull the black fold locks over the red adjustment button and fold up the safety table. Push in the leg locks and then push the legs together.

The high chair’s safety table should be fixed close to the child to make it harder for him or her to stand up in the chair. The child-proof two-step lock prevents children from opening and closing the high chair and from folding it up into transport mode.

Important! Never leave your child unattended in the High Chair.

To open and close the safety table, first push in the red safety lock on the black handle and then turn the handle to the side. Don’t forget to always hold your child steady when placing him/her in and lifting him/her out.

Important! Don’t forget that the safety table should always be in the locked position when your child is sitting in the high chair.

You can move the safety table into different positions by pushing the red adjustment button on the underside of the table and simultaneously pushing the table closer to, or away from, your child.

There is no maximum weight for our high chair. It can bear your child’s weight for as long as your child has room to sit in the chair.

The cradle’s outer fabric is easy to remove by opening three zips. Machine wash the fabric separately in warm water (40°C). The mattress is machine washable in hot water (60°C). You can either remove the mattress fabric or leave it on during washing.

Please use a gentle, bleach-free detergent. Do not tumble dry. The cradle framework and other details can be wiped using a cloth and gentle, all-purpose cleaner.

Baby Carrier Harmony has two different height positions, which means that you can babywear from newborn and up to the age of three years. With just a few simple adjustments, you can vary your babywearing position from facing in to facing out on your front, and carrying on your back.

Your newborn baby needs a lot of closeness. At this age, it’s best to babywear in the facing-in position to strengthen the bond between you; the warmth of your breath and the sound of your heartbeat are reassuring to your baby. At about the age of five months, when your baby’s neck muscles are stronger, you can start carrying in the facing-out position – curious babies usually enjoy seeing what’s happening around them. When your baby is one year old, you can start carrying them on your back, which often feels more comfortable as your child grows heavier.

Baby Carrier Move is perfect to use from newborn, provided that your baby weighs at least 3.2 kg and is 53 cm long. Max. weight for Baby Carrier Move is 12 kg.

All materials meet the criteria for OEKO-TEX Standard 100, Class 1 for baby products. This means that they are kind to your baby’s skin and safe to taste.

Baby Carrier Move complies with both the European EN 13209-2:2015 and the American ASTM F2236 safety standards for baby carriers.

The International Hip Dysplasia Institute has tested Baby Carrier Move and classifies it as “hip-healthy”.

Baby Carrier Move has been developed in close collaboration with paediatricians to ensure that a newborn baby gets the best possible support for their entire body.

Gently lift your baby’s legs, set the seat adjustment buckle, and spread out the fabric so it supports your baby’s thighs and bottom. For secure closeness and good supervision, carry your newborn in the facing-in position and high up on your chest. Once your baby grows, you can carry them lower down to redistribute more of the weight on your shoulders to your waist/hips.

For the best comfort for both baby and babywearer:
1. Start by adjusting the baby carrier according to your baby’s size (length). See the size instructions on the inside of the baby carrier for the right setting.
2. Put on the harness and attach it to the front section of the baby carrier by locking the double buckle. It’s securely locked when you hear a separate click from the left and right side of the double buckle.
3. Remember that you can choose how high up you carry your baby depending on how high up you place the waist belt. Younger babies are often carried higher up than older babies, but pay attention to your baby’s needs and what you yourself find most comfortable.

Baby Carrier Move is easy to adjust as your baby grows. You’ll find adjustment instructions and an adjustment buckle on the inside of the baby carrier’s front section. Adjust the buckle according to the length of your baby. The length setting is approximate. Hold the buckle flat. You may need to apply some force as the buckle is designed to be difficult to move for safety reasons. If your baby’s arms are pressing against the lower edge of the armholes, you will need to adjust the length setting.

You can machine wash Baby Carrier Move at 40°C. Do not use a lower or higher temperature. Remember to wash your baby carrier separately and to use a laundry bag to protect it. Use a mild detergent and a short spin programme. Hang the baby carrier up to dry. Do not tumble dry or iron. Do not use bleach or fabric softener.

Yes, from five months of age and once your baby can hold their head up unaided, you can fold down the head support and babywear in the facing-out position in Baby Carrier Move. By this time, your baby’s neck muscles, spine and hips will have stabilised.

Yes, the fabric seat for Bouncer Balance Soft also fits Bouncer Bliss and vice versa. But the fabric seat for the older models, Bouncer Balance and 1-2-3, does not fit Bouncer Bliss.

Bouncer Bliss suits modern homes, with its stylish design and soft contours. Its metal frame has a matching soft hue. One difference is that Bouncer Bliss is available in a cuddly quilted cotton fabric. It’s also available in a soft and airy mesh fabric, with seams placed to avoid chafing a child’s delicate skin.

Apart from this, all these bouncers from BABYBJÖRN have the same basic design, with natural bouncing, three different positions and a form-fitting ergonomic fabric seat. They all fold flat, have removable, machine washable fabric seats and a long period of use from 0 to 2 years.

The purpose of the leg straps is to reduce the size of the leg openings for a smaller baby. You should use the legs straps on Baby Carrier Move when your baby weighs between 3.2 and 4.5 kg. Remember that the amount of clothing your baby is wearing may also affect the size of the leg openings. Always double-check that the leg straps are not too tight around your baby’s legs.

You can wash Baby Carrier Harmony in your washing machine at 40°C, neither hotter nor colder. We recommend washing your baby carrier separately and using a laundry bag to protect it. Avoid using fabric softener or bleach as this will impair the quality of the 3D Mesh. Hang the baby carrier up to dry. Do not tumble dry or iron.

When your baby weighs between 3.2 and 4.5 kg, you should use the leg straps on Baby Carrier Harmony. The leg straps reduce the size of the leg openings, and are there to ensure that your child sits comfortably and securely. Always make sure that the leg straps are not too tight around your baby’s legs.

You can use Baby Carrier Harmony from newborn (as long as your baby weighs at least 3.2 kg) and up to the age of about 3 years or max. 15 kg. You don’t need an infant insert in the early days, and as your baby grows, you can easily adjust the settings of the baby carrier to suit you and your baby.

Baby Carrier Harmony is designed with a layer of stretchy meshfabric, while Baby Carrier One has a slightly sturdier construction with padding. The head supports are slightly different: although they are both adjustable, the head support on Baby Carrier Harmony offers three different positions. In addition, the back support on Baby Carrier Harmony is horizontally adjustable.

Before your baby can hold their head up unaided, good head support is essential to help keep their head in an upright position. Baby Carrier Harmony has a head support with three different positions, which you easily adjust using the poppers. Use the position that provides good head and neck support, and gives you good supervision of your baby.

Firstly, put on the baby carrier as usual. Your child should be facing you and sitting in the wide-leg position. Slightly loosen both shoulder straps. Slide one of your arms up under the shoulder strap and your other arm down under the lower part of the shoulder strap. Now the shoulder strap should be a closed loop around your body. Supporting your child’s body from underneath, slide them under your raised arm and onto your back. Avoid holding the safety buckles. Put the shoulder straps back in place and move the back yoke into a comfortable position. Finally, tighten the waist belt and the shoulder straps.

If you want to carry your baby higher up, lift them from underneath while you move the waist belt higher up. Then tighten the shoulder straps again. When your baby is very young, we recommend that they sit so high up on your chest that you can kiss their forehead.

As your baby grows, you can easily adjust the height, leg position and seat area. The pressure-relieving waist belt sits at waist height when you carry your little newborn baby, and as your baby grows larger, you move the belt down to your hips. Before your baby can hold their head up unaided, good head support is essential to help hold their head in an upright position. Baby Carrier Harmony has a head support with three different positions, which you easily adjust using the poppers. Use the position that provides good head and neck support, and gives you good supervision of your baby.

Yes, with Baby Carrier Harmony, you can easily adjust the seat width, length, leg position and the child’s seat area. In Baby Carrier Harmony, your baby sits with their legs wide apart and their bottom in a deep position. The baby carrier is ergonomically designed to be as comfortable as possible for both you and your baby.

Bouncer Bliss has a form-fitting fabric seat that gently moulds itself to the child’s body. The child’s weight is evenly distributed over the fabric seat, which results in good support for their head and back. All this gives your child an ergonomic reclining and sitting position.

The fabric is easy to remove and machine wash separately at 40°C. We recommend using a gentle, bleach-free detergent. Do not tumble dry and never iron the fabric as there is a risk this may compress the filling.

The skeletal tissue surrounding a newborn baby’s hips is still soft. This makes it important for a baby to sit in a natural, wide-leg position during their first months. Our baby carriers give your baby the correct support for their hips, thighs, neck and back, while still allowing them to move freely. We recommend that you carry your baby facing inwards during the first five months while they are still small and need proper support for their neck muscles.

We do not provide any age recommendations for potty and toilet training. You as the parent know your child best and can determine when he or she is ready. With its soft shapes, the BABYBJÖRN Toilet Trainer is comfortable to sit on and is designed to fit a child that is ready and positive about using it.

No, all newborn babies are examined at birth to check that their hips are normally developed. If they are not, they will receive medical treatment. It is not possible for a baby carrier to cause hip dysplasia.

Almost everyone who works here at BabyBjörn is a parent too and we work closely with doctors who specialise in paediatric orthopaedics when we develop our baby carriers. We also have midwives, safety experts from testing institutes and other specialists to advise us. Without their approval, we would never let parents use our baby carriers. 30 million children all over the world have been carried in our baby carriers so far, without a single baby coming to any harm.

Our baby carriers are designed to encircle the baby, so weight can be distributed across the baby’s entire body. This is important because babies have very different proportions to adults. Your baby’s head, for instance, accounts for up to one third of their total body weight and the baby carrier’s adjustable head support helps to support your baby’s neck muscles. Our tests show that most of the pressure under the baby’s bottom in the baby carrier is placed on the sitting bones, which is exactly what we want for optimal sitting comfort for the baby. As there is least pressure around the genitals, there is no risk that they will be harmed in any way. A nappy makes it even softer.

Lift the positioner and move it into the desired position, at the same time as you lift the backrest with your other hand. To fold Bouncer Bliss flat for travel or storage, the positioner must be set to position A or B. Pull back the red safety latch and set the positioner to the transport mode, D.

The lowest position used when your baby is newborn. The baby reclines comfortably with optimum support for their body and at the same time can have eye contact with their parents. Use the baby side of the fabric seat and always keep the safety harness fastened. Maximum weight is 7 kg.

You can begin to use the middle position when your child can hold their back and head upright easily in this position and you still use the baby side of the fabric seat with the safety harness fastened. Maximum weight 9 kg.

You can begin to use the highest position when your child can hold their back and head upright easily in this position and until your child can sit unaided. Use the baby side of the fabric seat and always fasten the safety harness. Maximum weight 9 kg.

When your child can walk and sit down unaided, you no longer need to use the safety harness. You can reverse the fabric and use the chair side. In this case, we recommend the following:

Lowest position up to 7 kg.

Medium position up to 10 kg.

Highest position up to 13 kg.

There may be an interim period when neither the baby side nor the chair side suits your child. This is when your child can sit unaided and is no longer using the baby side, but still isn’t walking and not quite ready to use the chair side.

Transport mode – when the bouncer is not being used. Bouncer Bliss can be folded into compact transport mode, which makes it easy to pack or store.

You can let your child sit in Bouncer Bliss for as long as they are content. However, small children should not sit or lie still in the same position for extended periods. Therefore, we recommend that you pay close attention to your child’s needs and switch between the bouncer and e.g. a baby carrier, your arms, tummy time, pram or cot. For a little baby who is not able to sit unaided, you should always use the baby side of the fabric seat with the safety harness fastened.

Your child’s smallest movements are turned into soft, soothing rocking in the bouncer. Babies practice their coordination and have fun at the same time. When your baby is very young, you can rock the bouncer with your hand. When your child is big enough and able to walk, you can reverse the fabric and your child can use Bouncer Bliss as a children’s chair. The bouncer can be used until your child weighs 13 kg. Our bouncers don’t need batteries or power cords, and make no annoying noises.

The bouncer has two sides:

The baby side can be used from the time your baby is newborn until they can sit up unaided. The baby side is designed for young babies and has a safety harness that should always be fastened. The safety harness has two different fastenings to allow you to adjust the size to fit your child.

When your child can walk and sit unaided, turn the fabric around and use the chair side. Your child can then use Bouncer Bliss as a chair. Your child will no longer need to use the safety harness, which is not possible anyway when the chair side is used.

You can use Bouncer Bliss for your newborn baby (3.5 kg) and until your child weighs 13 kg (approx. 2 years of age). You should use the baby side until your child can sit upright unaided and always with the safety harness fastened. Once your child is able to walk or sit down unaided, use the chair side as a comfy seat for your child.

A baby’s back is C-shaped at first and gradually acquires the S-shape of the adult spine. There is a popular misconception that a young baby’s back is held in too upright a position in a baby carrier. But this is completely unfounded from a medical standpoint. On the contrary, our baby carriers provide good back support when the fabric encircles the baby’s body. Babies also spend many hours asleep lying flat on their backs in their cot. Lying flat on their back does no harm at all to a baby’s back. It is just as safe for a baby’s back to be carried in a baby carrier.

You carry your baby close to your body in a baby carrier. This gives your baby a great sense of security. We recommend that babies are carried in the facing-in position for the first five months. By the age of five months, a baby is usually growing more interested in their surroundings and you can try the front-facing position to see if your baby likes it.

We collaborate with some of the world’s leading paediatricians and psychologists, and they say there is no need for parents to worry about their baby getting over-stimulated. The best thing you can do as a parent is to listen to your baby’s signals. If your baby seems to prefer the facing-in position, that’s fine. If you have an inquisitive baby, there’s no reason not to let them sit in the front-facing position when they are old enough. Let your baby decide!

The inner potty of the Smart Potty is very easy to remove, empty and clean.

The BABYBJÖRN Cradle is easy to assemble. Use the two screws and the Allen key that are included and follow the instructions in the Owner’s Manual. Assembly only takes a few minutes. The Allen key is of a standard type.

You can put on the leg straps when your baby is a newborn and weighs between 3.5 kg and 4.5 kg

We recommend that you carry your baby facing inwards until he or she is at least 5 months old. Baby’s neck, back and hips will then be sufficiently developed for you to be able to carry him or her facing outwards. Don’t forget to always use the normal leg position when you are carrying your baby facing outwards.

At this age, most babies think it is fun to get to see the exciting world with their back safely resting against mummy or daddy’s chest.

The baby carrier is delivered in the upper height position, which is for newborns. If your baby is taller than 62 cm, you should switch to the lower height level for babies.

1. Put on the baby carrier over your head, like you would a shirt.

2. Place the back yoke under the shoulder blade and then attach the waist belt to the back.

3. Loosen the shoulder strap and unbutton the headrest on both sides, as well as the safety lock on one side.

4. Place your child in the baby carrier. Once he or she is in place and you have locked the safety lock, buttoned up the headrest and, if applicable, the leg straps, you can adjust the shoulder strap and waist belt (so that it is comfortable for you and your baby).

It’s easy and you quickly learn how to use BABYBJÖRN Baby Carrier We. It has minimal buckles and adjustments, and you always carry your child facing inwards. Baby Carrier One is multifunctional and offers a variety of different carrying options. You can carry your child both facing inwards and outwards.

BABYBJÖRN Baby Carrier One has a total of four carrying positions. There are three front carrying positions, as well as a back carrying option. You can use Baby Carrier One from the time your baby is newborn up to approximately age 3. Find out more about Baby Carrier One.

The leg straps are intended to reduce the size of the leg holes for smaller babies. The Baby Carrier Miracle leg straps should be used when your baby weighs between 3.5 kg and 4.5 kg. Yes, from five months of age, it is fine to fold down the headrest and carry your baby facing forwards in the Baby Carrier Miracle. Prior to this age, baby’s neck muscles, spine and hips are not sufficiently developed and you should therefore carry your baby facing inwards, toward you.

Baby Carrier Miracle can be adjusted easily as your baby grows. There are adjustment instructions and a sliding buckle on the inside of the baby carrier’s front piece. Adjust the buckle to fit your baby’s height. The height setting is approximate. Hold the buckle flat. You may need to put some effort into it because, for safety reasons, the buckle is designed in such a way that it will not move too easily.

To maximise comfort for both baby and parent:

1. Begin by setting up the baby carrier to fit your baby’s size (height). See the size instructions on the inside of the baby carrier for the right setting.

2. Put the vest on and attach it to the front part of the baby carrier by locking the double buckle. It is securely locked when you hear a separate clicking sound for the left and right sliding buckle clips.

3. Don’t forget that you can determine how high to carry your baby by adjusting the height of the relief belt. Tiny babies are often carried higher up than babies that are a little bit older, but pay attention to your baby’s needs and what you yourself find most comfortable.

Baby Carrier Miracle is fine to use from birth as long as your baby weighs at least 3.5 kg. Baby Carrier Miracle has been developed together with paediatricians to ensure that newborns get the best conceivable support for their entire body.

Once your baby is 12 months old, he or she is big enough to be carried on your back in Baby Carrier One.

1. First, put the baby carrier on your belly, as usual. Your baby should be facing you and sitting in the wide leg position. Loosen both shoulder straps.

2. Slip one of your arms up under the shoulder strap and the other arm down under the lower part of the shoulder strap.
The shoulder pad should now form a closed loop around the body.

3. Get a grip on your baby from underneath and turn him or her around onto your back under your raised arm.

4. Put the shoulder strap back in place and place the back yoke where it feels comfortable.

5. Finally, tighten the waist belt and the shoulder strap.

Adjust the headrest by tightening or loosening the short headrest straps on the upper side of the baby carrier, next to the headrest buckles. Make sure that there is enough space around baby’s head so that he or she can get enough air.

Start by putting Baby Carrier We on as usual, with your baby on your belly facing inwards toward you. Loosen both shoulder straps.

Move one arm (the right one if you are right handed) up under the shoulder strap so that the shoulder strap is under your arm.

Move the left arm down and in under the left shoulder strap so that the shoulder strap forms a “loop” around your upper body.

Hold on to the baby and lift him or her carefully under your raised right arm and into the right position on your back.

Raise the right shoulder strap into the right position. Pull the left shoulder strap too and ensure that the straps have not become entangled.

Put the back buckle where it feels comfortable by adjusting it both horizontally and vertically. Tighten the waist belt and shoulder straps if needed.

We have improved several of the functions on the most recent version of Baby Carrier One, the one with the horizontal front piece seam, which has been available in stores since 2015:

1. The zips next to the child’s legs are new and can be locked by pushing down the pull tab.

2. The shoulder straps have been given significantly more padding to improve carrying comfort.

3. The waist belt is sturdier to be able to support more weight and transfer even more pressure off shoulders.

For newborns, you should use the upper height position for the first few months. Once your child is 62 cm long (around 4 months), you can easily change to the lower height position by using the zip.

The head support should be used until the child’s neck muscles are strong enough to hold the head up properly.

The leg straps should be used when your baby weighs between 3.5 kg and 4.5 kg. Fasten the loops on the vest onto the large buttons at the front of the baby carrier.

There is a handy bib that protects the baby carrier and is easy to wash.

The baby carrier is machine washable in warm water (40°C). Wash separately. Please use an environmentally-friendly and gentle, bleach-free detergent. Do not tumble dry the baby carrier. Please use laundry bags.

Your newborn should always be carried facing inwards with the normal leg position. In addition, the normal leg position should always be used when carrying your baby facing outwards.

For bigger babies carried facing inwards, you can either use the normal or wide leg position. The wide leg position should always be used when carrying baby on your back.

Switch between the normal and wide leg positions by opening or closing the zip on both sides.

You can use Baby Carrier One from birth (at least 3.5 kg and 53 cm) up to around 3 years (max. 15 kg or 100 cm).

Yes, you can. Without unbuttoning any buckles, let one shoulder strap slide down from the shoulder. You may need to loosen the strap slightly to be able to lean your baby’s head to the side. We recommend that you always sit down while you breastfeed in the baby carrier.

Baby Carrier One/One Air and Baby Carrier We/We Air can be used from newborn (at least 3.5 kg and 53 cm) up to about 3 years (max. 15 kg and 100 cm).

You can start using Baby Carrier Original from birth (at least 3.5 kg and 53 cm) to 11 kg.

You can start using Baby Carrier Miracle from birth (at least 3.5 kg and 53 cm) to around 15 months (max. 12 kg).

The cradle can be used by a newborn baby until he or she can sit unaided (approx. 6 months) or weighs 8 kg.

You can quickly set up the BABYBJÖRN  Travel Cot Light with one simple step. Take the travel cot out of the storage bag. Hold on to the short sides so that the legs point down towards the floor and open it up in one movement. The legs fold out by themselves, but make sure that all four are in the correct position.

Please note: Put the mattress in the travel cot and fasten it to the bottom by pulling the red loops through the holes in each corner and fasten them to the red hooks.

You can easily remove the mattress cover by opening the zip on one of the short sides. Machine wash the mattress cover separately in hot water. Use a gentle, bleach-free detergent. Do not tumble dry.

It is also easy to remove the fabric from the travel cot by opening the four zips around the frame. Machine wash the fabric separately in warm water. Use a gentle, bleach-free detergent. Do not tumble dry any of the parts.

The mattress itself is too large to be machine-washed. You can wash it gently by hand and rinse it off as needed.

We have not listed a recommended maximum weight for the BABYBJÖRN Travel Cot Light. The fact of the matter is that the unique design even makes it possible for you to get into the travel cot yourself when laying down or picking up your child.

The length of time that you can use the BABYBJÖRN Travel Cot Light is very individual and varies from child to child. The age limit has nothing to do with weight. It is more about how likely children are to “escape” or try to climb in and out of the travel cot. We recommend that you stop using the BABYBJÖRN Travel Cot Light when your child begins trying to climb out of it.

The cot itself is basically the same – it is still a travel cot that is easy to take with you and easy to set up and fold away. However, the material is new; the travel cot now has mesh fabric all the way down to the floor around the sides. The reason is to make it easier for you to keep an eye on your child in the travel cot. Since the product standard has changed, we have also added a new fastening device to the mattress.

No, they don’t fit very well. The fabric seat for the past Bouncer Balance model does not fit the Bouncer Balance Soft optimally. The fabric seat for the older Bouncer 1-2-3 cannot be put on the frame of the Bouncer Balance Soft.

The baby side is sewn as a cosy “nest” for your little baby. The safety harness is padded and folded over to be extra soft, since many babies like holding its edges. The safety harness is now fastened so it won’t come off and it has two different sets of buttons so that you can adjust the size to fit your child. The frame has also been given a more-rounded shape.

The new model has two sides – a baby side and a chair side. The baby side is used by newborns until they can sit unaided. Once your child can walk and sit unaided, turn the fabric around and use the chair side.

The bouncer has a soft shape that adapts to your child’s body. Your child’s weight is distributed evenly across the fabric seat, which provides good support for his/her head and back. All of this gives an ergonomic reclining and sitting position for your child.

The canopy is an accessory for BABYBJÖRN Cradle which is sold separately. It provides a cosy shelter for your baby. The canopy can also be used as a mosquito and insect net, since you can wrap it all the way around the cradle.

It is easy to attach the canopy to the cradle by clipping it to the edge – no tools are needed.

You can, of course, use other sheets, but the BABYBJÖRN Fitted Sheet for Travel Crib Light is specially designed to fit the travel cot. It is fitted to the dimensions of the mattress and this ensures that the sheet lies flat and does not slide around. The elastic edges also make it easier when making the bed. The BABYBJÖRN Travel Cot Light has been designed for use from birth up to about three years. There is no weight limit, given that the mattress rests directly on the floor. The length of time for which you can use the travel cot varies from child to child.

Some children can use the BABYBJÖRN Travel Cot Light even after having reached the age of three. Others are more likely to escape and can’t use it for as long. When your child tries to climb out of the travel cot, it is time to stop using it, so pay attention to whether he or she begins trying to get out of it.

The BABYBJÖRN Travel Cot Light weighs just 6 kg, which makes it easy to take with you on both shorter and longer trips.

Its measurements are as follows:

Lift the positioner and move it into the desired position, at the same time as you lift the backrest with your other hand. To fold up the Bouncer Balance Soft into transport mode, the positioner must be set to position A or B. Pull back the red safety latch and set the positioner to transport mode, D.

The lowest position used for newborns. The baby lies comfortably with optimum support for the body and can, at the same time, have eye contact with the parents. Use the baby side and always fasten the safety harness. The maximum weight is 7 kg.

You can begin to use the middle position once your child can easily hold his/her back and head upright in this position. The baby side should be used here, with the safety harness fastened.  The maximum weight is 9 kg.

You can begin to use the highest position once your child can easily hold his/her back and head upright in this position. Until your child can sit unaided, use the baby side and always fasten the safety harness. The maximum weight is 9 kg.

When your child can walk and sit unaided, you no longer need to strap them in. Instead, turn the fabric around and use the chair side. For the chair side, we recommend the following:

Lowest position  up to 7 kg.

Medium position up to 10 kg.

Highest position up to 13 kg.

Transport mode – when the bouncer is not being used, it can be folded up into a compact transport mode and it is then easy to pack up or put away.

You can use Baby Carrier We from birth (provided that the baby weighs at least 3.5 kg) until he or she is around 3 years and weighs no more than 15 kg.

The baby side is designed for use by newborns, until they can sit unaided. The baby side is designed for tiny babies and has a safety harness that should always be buttoned up. The safety harness has two different sets of buttons so that you can adjust the size to fit your baby.

Once your child can walk and sit unaided, turn the fabric around and use the chair side. The bouncer can then be used as a chair for your child. The safety harness cannot be fastened when using the chair side as, by this stage, your child will no longer need restraining.

The bouncer can be used by newborns (3.5 kg) until they weigh 13 kg (at approx. two years old). Until your baby is able to sit unassisted, the baby side should be used and the safety harness should always be buttoned up. Once your child can walk unaided, the chair side can be used as a comfortable chair.
